Each EYE PILLOW has a cotton lining, which contains organic linseed, Pure Lavender Essential oil and dried lavender.  I also offer an unscented version.
The outer Liberty fabric is removable so you can wash it.
Can be used for Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, relieve headaches, or simply to relax after a tough day.  Also an invaluable travel companion.  Helps relieve stress and anxiety.
You can warm up the bag by simply popping in the microwave for 30 seconds.  Alternatively you can freeze for 2-3 hours.

The approximate measurements are:  10" x 4" (26 x 12cm)
I recommend machine wash the outer at 30 degrees unless stated otherwise. Do not tumble dry and use a light iron.

LINSEED VS. OTHER GRAINS?
Whole linseed provides a gentle, moist heat which promotes healing.
Linseeds are flower seeds, rather than grains, so they contain 30-40% oil which remains inside the seed to be warmed again and again. Other products lose their ability to retain heat as the water cooks out of them over time.
When heated, linseed pillows retain half their heat after an hour. 
The weight of linseed is gentle and comforting.
